COMPANY'S ACTIVITIES: Designing and Manufacturing of Retail Unitary. This is modern factory with CNC equipment.
POSITION: FACTORY MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - to take day to day management of the joinery workshop, - controlling all labours, - planning production, - managing quality control etc.
QUALIFICATIONS: - must have excellent man management skills, - must be conversant with all CNC machines, i.e. routers, beam saws, - Must understand manufacturing in a joinery based retail unitary market, - Must have a good appreciation of health and safety, - Good general education, - must possess good written skills and have excellent mathematical ability, - good command of English is essential.
ADDITIONALLY: - Ability to work as part of a team, - play an integral part of managing Internal clients, - Must possess good interpersonal skills and be of a calm disposition.
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD: 6 months.
WORKING HOURS : 40hrs p/w (overtime possible but generally not required)
SALARY : Ł25 - Ł30K |
